Vehicle rental agreement.
This agreement is made between RENT CAR Levent Branch (the "Company") and Mehmet Kaya (the "Renter") on the date below, for the rental of one motor vehicle subject to the terms herein.

Daily rate is calculated per 24-hour block. Late returns are charged at the hourly rate of $36 for the first 3 hours and a full daily rate thereafter.
3. Mileage & fuel
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of unleaded 95. The Renter agrees to return the vehicle with a full tank. Refuelling at our facility is billed at $2.10/litre plus a $40 service fee.
Mileage is included up to 300 km per day (1,800 km total). Additional kilometres are billed at $0.85/km. Mileage will be measured by the vehicle's onboard system and confirmed at return inspection.
4. Damage & liability
The Renter is liable for damage to the vehicle up to the amount of the security deposit; CDW insurance covers losses beyond that, subject to a deductible. Damage caused under the influence, off-road or outside the territory of Türkiye voids the insurance.
The Company has performed a pre-rental inspection (walk-around 14 May 14:00) and documented eight existing marks. A post-rental inspection will be performed upon return.
